My instructor seemed as if he was attempting to be patient, but would become curt very quickly and behave angrily. He also calls other drivers or pedestrians names, very disrespectful. Someone who seems to be too impatient and angry to enjoy teaching

I passed my red Pz second time around after my nervs sunk me in the first test. John was patient but to the point. He will hold you accountable and that's what you want when learning to drive.

Two men who happened to be black were crossing the road. My instructor promptly told me to 'run over those *n-slur*'. I'm appalled I didn't say anything, I was utterly shocked that they said such a thing at the time. The amount of times I've cried during and after a lesson is sad. My instructor would swear frequently at the drivers around us. It was a very upsetting environment.
